Introduction
The DTS-180BG-mt Micro Smart Heating Calibration Oil Bath is a high-precision, self-regulating temperature calibration device. It features excellent stability, a uniform temperature field, and accurate temperature control. Utilizing a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system and intelligent PID regulation, it achieves automatic temperature control. The unit has a compact structure, is lightweight, portable, and durable. It is suitable for on-site calibration/verification of various temperature sensors, including industrial platinum resistance thermometers, low-temperature thermocouples, sheathed thermocouples, working liquid-in-glass thermometers, standard mercury thermometers, bimetal thermometers, and pressure thermometers.
DTS-180BG ultra-portable intelligent calibration bath(thermostatic oil bath) is a high-precision automatic control temperature verification device, which has the characteristics of good temperature stability, uniform temperature field and high temperature control accuracy. Adopt fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system and intelligent PID adjustment to realize automatic temperature control.
DTS-180BG portable thermostatic oil bath is compact in structure, light in weight, easy to carry and durable. Dts calibration bath is suitable for the on-site verification / calibration of various types of industrial thermal resistance, low temperature thermocouples, armored thermocouples, working glass liquid thermometers, standard mercury thermometers, bimetal thermometers, pressure thermometers and other temperature sensors.(Special index products can be customized according to requirements)

2.Unique overflow valve design: Integrated overflow valve and oil reservoir with a concealed handle for convenient on-site calibration and verification.
3.Smart touchscreen interface:Full-color smart touchscreen with a user-friendly human-machine interface, multi-function display window, and multi-point touch capability.
4.Real-time temperature curve display:Real-time display of temperature curves with automatic fluctuation calculation.
5.Multi-point calibration:Supports automatic calibration/correction at multiple temperature points; fully automatic segmented temperature control with fast heating.
6.Overheat protection:Built-in overheat protection and temperature rise limit for safe and reliable operation.
7.Communication interface: Equipped with RS-232 communication port for connection with an upper-level host system.
