Introduction
DTL-300G Short Thermocouple Calibration/Verification Furnace is a temperature field constant temperature equipment suitable for calibration of various types of standard thermocouples, working precious metal thermocouples, and base metal thermocouples. DTL-300G thermocouple verification furnace has the advantages of good thermal insulation and anti-leakage. The technical indicators of its temperature field fully comply with the relevant national calibration regulations and standard technical requirements. At the same time, our company also provides customers with non-standard customized services.
Technical Parameters
◇ Furnace size: 40mm×300mm
◇ Temperature range: 300 ℃ to 1300 ℃ (long-term thermal stability)
◇ Temperature field index:
The furnace bore length is approximately 300 mm, with the inner diameter of the heating tube not less than 40 mm. Within the effective working zone, the absolute temperature difference between any two points axially within 30 mm shall not exceed 1℃. When using the tube furnace for calibration, an isothermal block must be equipped. Axially from the bottom of the bore, the absolute temperature difference between any two points within 30 mm shall not exceed 1℃. The absolute temperature difference between any two points at the same cross-section of the bore bottom shall not exceed 0.5℃.
◇ According to the regulations: "JJF1184-2007 Thermocouple Calibration Furnace Temperature Field Test Technical Specifications". "JJG668-1997 Working (Pt-Rh 10-Pt, Pt-Rh 13-Pt) short thermocouple calibration regulations".
◇ Scope of application: S / R short thermocouple, short type inexpensive metal thermocouple calibration / verification.
Remarks: The furnace size and temperature range of DTL-300G short thermocouple calibration furnace can be customized.
