Introduction
DTS-20BG Portable Smart Refrigerated Calibration Bath is a high-precision, self-regulating temperature calibration device. It features excellent stability, a uniform temperature field, and accurate temperature control. Utilizing a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system and intelligent PID regulation, it achieves automatic temperature control.
The unit has a compact structure, is lightweight, portable, and durable. It is suitable for on-site calibration/verification of various temperature sensors, including industrial platinum resistance thermometers, low-temperature thermocouples, sheathed thermocouples, working liquid-in-glass thermometers, standard mercury thermometers, bimetal thermometers, and pressure thermometers.(Special index products can be customized according to requirements)
Features
1.Ultra-Wide Temperature Range: -40 °C to 180 °C, achieving broader coverage without the need to change media across the entire range.
2.Unaffected by ambient conditions: The -40 ?°C calibration point remains stable and unaffected in ambient temperatures ranging from 15?°C to 35?°C.
3.Intelligent rapid cooling: Cooling from 150?°C to 25?°C takes as short as 30 minutes and passes multi-cycle hysteresis testing.
4.Smart touchscreen interface: Smart touchscreen control with 0.001°C resolution. Real-time display of temperature curve and fluctuation.
5.Multi-point calibration: Supports calibration at multiple temperature points; temperature sensors allow segmented multi-point correction with fully automatic segmented control.
6.Fully Automatic Multi-Stage Temperature Control: Rapid heating with minimal overshoot. Micro-circulation technology ensures a uniform and stable temperature field.
7.Communication functionality: Equipped with RS-232 communication port for connection with an upper-level host system.
8.Press-seal design: Features a quick-press sealing structure for leak prevention and convenient on-site transport.
9.Overheat protection: Includes over-temperature protection and heating limit functions for safe and reliable operation.
