1. Flexible Compatibility with Multi-Type Sensors

Supports a wide range of Vaisala and Rotronic temperature & humidity probes and transmitters.

Enables customizable sensor parameters, flexible configuration of analog signal types, and adjustable temperature/humidity measurement ranges.

Analog signal support: 2-channel analog voltage, 2/3-wire current transmitter, 3-wire voltage transmitter, and 4-wire Pt100 RTD signals.

Digital signal support: RS485, RS232, and UART communication interfaces.

In Automatic mode, the wiring terminal communicates with the system software to realize synchronized centralized control of all sensors, significantly improving calibration efficiency and operational intuitiveness.

The system is natively compatible with mainstream high-precision measuring instruments, including the mK301 Thermometer, DMM6500, and 2010 Series Digital Multimeters.

The system supports fully customizable temperature and humidity calibration points, allowing users to quickly call standard points in compliance with regulatory specifications, or set user-defined points according to specific requirements.

6. Intelligent Real-Time Data & Status Monitoring

The system enables real-time monitoring of core components including the calibration chamber, dew point meter, and digital thermometer.

It synchronously displays the status of standard instruments and constant temperature sources on the software interface, ensuring full visibility of the calibration process and key parameters at all times, and enhancing operational convenience and process transparency.

7. Integrated Intelligent Calculation & Compliance Judgment

The system automatically calculates temperature and humidity measurement errors, highlights abnormal data in red, and intelligently judges the validity range based on preset industry standards, enabling rapid analysis of test data and one-click result confirmation.

Automatically generates standardized test records, and supports the export and printing of original records and calibration certificates.
