The portable calibration bath is mainly composed of bath, heater, stirrer, thermometer, temperature sensing element, temperature controller and other parts. Dearto's portable calibration bath adopts PID temperature control technology, and the temperature accuracy can reach 0.05°C. It has a heating and cooling system, and the temperature range is from -80 to 160°C. Through mechanical stirring technology, the uniformity of the temperature field in the bath can be improved and maintained. Portable calibration bath are widely used in on-site calibration fields such as research institutes, colleges and universities, fine chemicals, bioengineering, medicine and food, metallurgy, petroleum, and agriculture.
Portable Calibration Baths Features
The temperature control system adopts PID temperature control technology, and the accuracy can reach 0.05°C.
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel liner is used, and the volume is optional from 7L to 25L.
Air-cooled hermetic compressor is used for refrigeration, with fast refrigeration speed and low noise, making your laboratory quiet.
One-button to open the large LCD display, the set temperature and display temperature are clearly displayed, and the operation is easy.
The refrigeration system has overheating and current protection, the control system has an over-temperature beep alarm, and the upper and lower limit over-temperature alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be automatically cut off when the temperature is over-temperature.
Equipped with RS232 communication interface to realize data transmission with host computer such as PC or PLC for remote control.
The functions of each part of the portable calibration bath are as follows
Bath: used to hold constant temperature medium;
Heater: Increase the temperature of the medium by electric heating to compensate for the loss of heat;
Stirrer: keep the temperature of each part of the medium in the bath even by stirring the machine;
Thermometer: Indicate the temperature of the constant temperature tank, the temperature of the constant temperature tank must be based on this thermometer;
Temperature-sensing element: set the constant temperature required by the constant temperature bath, and a contact thermometer is commonly used as the temperature-sensing element;
Temperature controller: through the "on" and "off" commands issued by the temperature sensing element, control the heating and cooling of the heating and cooling elements.
