In order to ensure that the measured values of the temperature sensor are consistent and accurate, we usually use some related equipment to calibrate the temperature, or go to a specific measurement unit or laboratory for temperature calibration. Temperature sensors are usually standard thermocouples, standard platinum resistance thermometers, and thermistors. Calibration equipment will measure the output signals of these temperature sensors and convert them into relevant data according to the standards specified by the International Committee of Metrology (CIPM).
Calibration equipment is used by placing the temperature sensor in a stable temperature environment (commonly known as a heat source) and comparing it to a calibrated reference or standard thermometer. Dearto's temperature calibration equipment includes: dry body calibrators, portable calibration baths, multi-channel thermometers, etc. for on-site use; various constant temperature baths, thermocouple verification furnaces, etc. for laboratories; and characteristic automatic inspection system and other devices.
Calibration of laboratory and field, laboratory and temperature-based standards
On-site temperature calibration generally refers to testing and calibration in outdoor or other environments, portable temperature calibration equipment, the temperature field fluctuation is generally 0.02℃, and the accuracy range is 0.2℃-5℃.
Laboratory temperature calibration equipment refers to the calibration of precision platinum resistors, industrial platinum resistors, thermistors and noble metal thermocouples, with lower temperature field fluctuations. The accuracy range can reach up to 0.02℃ by using the calibration bath together with a high-precision thermometer, and with some fixed point devices, such as water triple point devices, the accuracy can reach 0.001℃.
